Therapy helps you navigate change with clarity and compassion.

Life’s transitions or unexpected challenges can sometimes leave you feeling uncertain, anxious, or emotionally drained.

Therapy offers a safe, collaborative space to explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and strengthen your emotional well-being.

Together, we work toward restoring balance, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Fernanda's Education and Expertise

My Therapeutic Approach

My practice integrates psychodynamic and person-centered frameworks, allowing clients to explore their past while receiving support in the present.

I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques when appropriate, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

This integration promotes personal growth and enhances emotional well-being. Clients may find their therapy experiences to be introspective, fostering greater self-awareness and deeper understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Let’s start with a brief conversation.
